Retention of Information
Your data remains in your account for as long as you use QuickZeros Services. Upon termination of your QuickZeros account, data will be deleted from the active database during the next scheduled cleanup (every 6 months) and from backups after 3 months.

If we discover that a child under 16 has provided us with personal information, we will take steps to delete it.
