This Terms of Service Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a legally binding contract between you or the entity you represent (hereinafter referred to as “You” or “Your”) and the applicable QuickZeros contracting entity listed [here] (hereinafter referred to as “QuickZeros” or “We”). It governs your use of QuickZeros suite of online business productivity and collaboration software (the “Services”).

In the event of any inconsistency between the General Terms and Service-Specific Terms, the Service-Specific Terms shall take precedence.
To accept this Agreement, you must be of legal age to enter into a binding contract. By using the Services, you agree to the General Terms and, where applicable, the Service-Specific Terms. Acceptance can be made by checking a checkbox, clicking a button indicating acceptance, or by actually using the Services. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Services.
QuickZeros provides cloud-based software and applications designed for business productivity, including offline and mobile applications (collectively referred to as “Services”). You may use the Services for personal or internal business purposes. You are responsible for obtaining the necessary equipment and internet access to use the Services. You may create, edit, and share content using your user account.
Occasionally, QuickZeros may offer certain Services as closed or open beta versions (“Beta Services”) for testing and evaluation purposes. The duration and success criteria of such Beta Services are determined solely by QuickZeros . QuickZeros reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue Beta Services at any time without notice. QuickZeros is not liable for any issues arising from the use of Beta Services.
When registering for a free trial of any Service, QuickZeros will provide access to the applicable Services free of charge until the earlier of:
Data entered or customized during the trial will be lost unless you purchase a paid subscription or export the data before the trial ends. Services during the free trial are provided “as-is” with no warranty or support.
If you are using a Free Account, QuickZeros may include branding logos or marks of QuickZeros on documents and correspondence generated through the Services. If you wish to remove such branding, you will need to upgrade to a paid subscription. The removal of branding is not available under the Free Account plan.
To use the Services, you must create a user account by providing accurate and current information. If you represent an organization, use your corporate contact information. You are responsible for updating this information and maintaining account security. QuickZeros may terminate your account if the provided information is inaccurate or outdated.

You are solely responsible for the content transmitted through the Services. You agree not to use the Services for illegal activities or to distribute material that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or harmful. Spamming, phishing, and unauthorized mass distribution are strictly prohibited. QuickZeros reserves the right to terminate your access for such activities.
QuickZeros ok Services may integrate with third-party applications. Use of these applications may require you to accept additional terms and conditions. QuickZeros is not responsible for any third-party applications and may remove them from the Services at its discretion without liability.
Services are available under various subscription plans. Payments for short-term plans must be made via credit card. Subscriptions automatically renew unless you downgrade or cancel. If you do not notify QuickZeros of your cancellation at least seven days before renewal, your credit card will be charged for the renewal. QuickZeros may adjust fees with notice and will invoice applicable taxes. Consult our Refund Policy [here].
When setting up an organization account, you can appoint administrators to manage Services and users. Ensure administrators are competent and understand their roles. You are responsible for account security and management. QuickZeros ok is not liable for internal management issues or recovery of administrator accounts.
Personal information provided through the Services is governed by QuickZeros Privacy Policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account details and for any activities conducted under your account. Notify QuickZeros immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
The Services may include communications from QuickZeros , such as service announcements and newsletters. You can opt out of newsletters but will still receive necessary service announcements and administrative messages.
If QuickZeros receives a complaint regarding your use of the Services, it will be forwarded to your primary email address. You must respond to the complaint within 10 days, copying QuickZeros . Failure to respond may result in QuickZeros disclosing your contact information to the complainant.
QuickZeros may terminate unpaid accounts inactive for 120 days, with prior notice. Data associated with such accounts will be deleted. Accounts with multiple users will remain active if at least one user is active.
You retain ownership of content created or stored using the Services. QuickZeros only has the right to access and use your content as necessary to provide the Services.
The location of the cloud facility serving you is based on your region at sign-up. QuickZeros may migrate your account to a different facility and may store a local copy if applicable.
You are responsible for content you create or publish using the Services. Publicly accessible content may be indexed by search engines. Ensure you have the right to share any content and that you comply with copyright laws. QuickZeros may block or remove content if it receives complaints about legality or infringement.
QuickZeros may provide sample files and applications for demonstration purposes. These are not guaranteed to be accurate or complete.
‘QuickZeros’ and associated logos are trademarks of QuickZeros Corporation Private Limited. You must not use these trademarks without QuickZeros prior permission.
The Services are provided “as-is” without any warranty. QuickZeros disclaims all implied warranties, including but not limited to those of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. QuickZeros does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
QuickZeros is not liable for any consequential, incidental, or indirect damages arising from your use of the Services. QuickZeros total liability for any claims shall not exceed $1,000 or the fees paid by you in the past 12 months, whichever is higher.
You agree to indemnify QuickZeros and its affiliates from any claims arising from your use of the Services in violation of the Agreement or any law.
The governing law and jurisdiction depend on your billing address or country of domicile. Disputes will be resolved in the courts specified based on your location.
QuickZeros may suspend or terminate your account for suspected illegal activity or extended inactivity. You can terminate your account at any time, and QuickZeros may terminate it if you breach the Agreement. QuickZeros will not be liable for any issues arising from account suspension or termination.
QuickZeros may update this Agreement with notice. Significant changes affecting your rights will be communicated with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use of the Services after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
